Meet Amber...

For nearly 20 years, Amber Burns has not only gone above and beyond to help people into the homes they want, but she also builds lifetime relationships.  She has sold more than $25 million worth of real estate. The hundreds of properties include single and multi-family houses, investments, land, and commercial real estate. Amber has consistently demonstrated a high level of commitment and dedication to her clients.

After a family of seven lost their home in a fire, she helped them buy a new house; sell the damaged acreage; purchase a new lot to build their dream home and years later began assisting the children in purchasing their first homes. She often finds creative ways to help clients improve their properties before closing to avoid paying costly repair bills upfront.

Her compassionate nature has supported sellers through the difficult situations of dealing with estates or divorces. Amber frequently assists buyers in finding down payment assistance by using grant money or equity gifted from the sellers. She even aids other realtors and brokers in closing their deals.

She has served on the Columbus Real Estate Exchangors; Licking County Apartment Association since 2012; Newark Fair Housing Board since 2018 and Licking County Central Committee 1-A since 2024.
