I’m Alex Iserte, a bilingual real estate agent proudly serving Central Ohio with a strong focus on new construction, resale homes, and first time buyers. Before real estate, I worked as a professional chef, which taught me something I still carry into this business every day: people may forget the details, but they never forget how you made them feel.

Real estate for me has never been about pressure or “sales.” It’s about strategy, education, relationships, and helping people make smart decisions that truly fit their life and goals.

I spent several years working directly with builders, giving me behind the scenes experience in new construction that most agents simply don’t have. Today, I use that knowledge to advocate for my clients, protect their interests, and help them navigate the process with confidence whether they’re buying their first home, building from the ground up, selling, investing, or relocating.

As a bilingual agent fluent in English and Spanish, I’m passionate about making real estate feel less intimidating and more empowering for everyone I work with.
